With its modular quick-detach design, the rear cargo bed can be transformed from a four-seat passenger configuration into a 0.8-ton micro-pickup truck, accommodating diverse applications. LOBO announced that it received a notification letter from Nasdaq indicating that the company is not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550 for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. According to the letter, the closing bid price of the company's ordinary shares was below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days.

LOBO TECHNOLOGIES announced that its operating subsidiary, Jiangsu LOBO Electric Vehicle has onboarded the entire team of Shenzhen Xiangri Technology, including its research & development, sales and business operation teams. This integration establishes a new Solar Division within Jiangsu LOBO, decided to advance the Company's entry into the photovoltaic energy-storage power generation market.
