AEye up 42% at $2.20 after announcing Nvidia partnership

The company states: "AEye (LIDR), a leader in advanced perception and intelligent sensing solutions, announced it is joining the NVIDIA Halos AI Systems Inspection Lab. NVIDIA is the first company in the world to establish an ANSI National Accreditation Board -accredited AI Systems Inspection Lab, integrating functional safety, cybersecurity, AI, and regulations into a unified safety framework. Complementing existing industry-standard safety practices, NVIDIA Halos is a full-stack, comprehensive safety system designed to provide end-to-end safety guardrails throughout the AI development lifecycle - from design and validation to deployment - integrating hardware, software, AI models, and simulation tools to facilitate regulatory compliance and functional safety alignment."

Reports Q4 revenue $97K vs. $46K last year. "Throughout 2025 we made consistent progress towards industrial scaling and active commercial execution," said Matt Fisch, CEO of AEye. "We are now shipping products to global defense leaders, securing significant opportunities in high-speed rail, and strengthening our commercial pipeline across automotive, including commercial vehicles, smart infrastructure, mobility, and intelligent transportation systems. We believe our technology and product capabilities provide AEye with unique optionality, as we can offer best-in-industry long-range performance while also addressing the passenger vehicle market by meeting highway-speed requirements through the windshield. "We continued to execute with financial discipline in the third quarter, maintaining one of the strongest balance sheets among our peers, with virtually no debt," said Conor Tierney, CFO of AEye. "We ended the quarter with $84.3 million in cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities, more than quadruple the prior quarter balance, and have since raised an additional $10 million. This positions AEye as one of the best capitalized companies in our sector and provides the foundation needed to support a durable revenue ramp."
