HUB Cyber Security announced recent developments at the Tivani Tier-1 Critical Minerals Project, where Ferrox Critical Minerals is expanding the asset's mineral scope to include antimony, alongside its established titanium, iron and vanadium mineralization. Antimony is widely recognized as a defense-grade strategic material, used across aerospace systems, semiconductors, advanced electronics, flame-retardant materials and military technologies. Global supply remains highly concentrated, and Western governments increasingly identify antimony as a critical vulnerability within secure industrial supply chains. Ferrox's expansion into antimony is intended to position Tivani as a multi-commodity critical minerals platform, strengthening its relevance across defense, aerospace and advanced manufacturing ecosystems. HUB Cyber Security announced that the Tivani Tier-1 Critical Minerals Project being undertaken by Ferrox Critical Minerals has formally entered its pre-construction stage and that HUB has commenced phased embedding of its Trust Infrastructure across contractor verification, governance and capital sequencing workflows as the Tivani project advances toward its targeted 2027 commencement of production. The fully permitted Tier-1 Tivani project, located in Limpopo Province, South Africa, has initiated detailed engineering, procurement alignment and construction sequencing activities in preparation for build-out. HUB Cyber Security announced that it has entered into a Term Sheet intended to expand its Trust Rails infrastructure into real-world asset validation through the acquisition of 100% of Ferrox Critical Minerals and its world class Tivani minerals project in South Africa, a fully permitted, NI 43-101 compliant magnetite and ilmenite asset positioned to commence production, processing and sales in FY 2026.
