Honeywell Aerospace (HONA) celebrates its first day as an independent, publicly traded company following the completion of its spin-off from Honeywell International (HON). Shares of Honeywell Aerospace will begin trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market effective at the market opening on June 29.

Honeywell (HON) announced it has completed the previously announced spin-off of its Aerospace Technologies business, which now operates as Honeywell Aerospace (HONA). Honeywell Technologies will continue to trade "regular way" on Nasdaq and shares of Honeywell Aerospace common stock will begin trading "regular way" on Nasdaq, effective at the market opening.
