HII was awarded a $282.89M cost-plus-award-fee contract for FF class frigate lead yard support. Work will be performed in Pascagoula, Mississippi, and is expected to be completed by April 2028. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 3204. Naval Sea Systems Command is the contracting activity.

HII has been awarded a contract by the Defense Innovation Unit to deliver a submarine Torpedo Tube Launch and Recovery system. The system is designed to autonomously deploy and recover HII's REMUS unmanned underwater vehicle from U.S. Navy submarines.
