Giftify announced that CardCash.com has deployed its second AI agent - an automated order review system now performing with an 85% accuracy rate - as part of a structured five-agent AI roadmap designed to reduce the company's variable cost base, expand operational capacity, and improve its margin profile as transaction volume grows. The order review system is CardCash's second fully deployed AI agent, following the company's AI-powered customer service agent. Three additional AI agents are currently nearing completion, each targeting high-volume internal workflows where automation is expected to deliver measurable improvements to cost structure and throughput.

This AI-powered approach is driving platform improvements designed to improve user engagement, reduce friction, and strengthen customer acquisition across all Restaurant.com's digital dining and deals marketplace. Giftify announced notable year-over-year growth for CardCash.com for November 2025, fueled by strong Black Friday demand, increased customer activity, and improved margin performance. CardCash reported an 18.8% year-over-year increase in Total Face Value of gift cards, rising to $16.47M, with Total Paid Amount also growing 18.9% year-over-year. Customer activity accelerated meaningfully, with Total Customers increasing 9.4% compared to November 2024. CardCash achieved improved profitability across key categories. Gross Profit increased 8.0% year-over-year, supported by a substantial rise in Gross Margin from 13.16% to 18.59%, a 41% improvement.
