CGI has been selected as the provider of development and maintenance services for Studyinfo, the Finnish National Agency for Education's largest digital service entity by user volume. The selection is part of the agency's largest ICT procurement to date. The eight-year agreement is valued at approximately EUR 48M to EUR 80M. The Studyinfo service ecosystem consists of several services, information systems, and applications provided by the Finnish National Agency for Education. It offers citizens, education providers, authorities, and other stakeholders up-to-date information on education as well as national services for competence development and verification. The procurement of the Studyinfo service ecosystem is the largest in the history of the Finnish National Agency for Education. As a result, procurements that were previously implemented separately have been consolidated into a single agreement covering the maintenance and further development of services as one entity.

CGI and The School District of Osceola County, Florida - or SDOC - are announcing the award of a contract to CGI, following a competitive procurement process, to implement a modern, cloud-based enterprise resource planning, or ERP, solution. Through this partnership, CGI will implement its CGI Advantage ERP platform - its purpose-built, AI-enabled solution, architected specifically for public sector organizations. The platform will unify financial management, procurement, performance budgeting, and human capital management capabilities into a single system. The implementation began in April, following a minimum viable product-based approach aligned with the District's operational calendar and priorities.

CGI and Stockmann, a retail company that is part of the Lindex Group, have expanded their collaboration through a new agreement that strengthens CGI's role as strategic partner. The partnership covers managed IT services and digital development, supporting Stockmann in achieving its strategic objectives by enhancing customer-centricity, omnichannel capabilities and profitability. The new agreement builds on a long-standing collaboration in which CGI, Stockmann's primary IT partner and trusted advisor, has supported Stockmann in areas including cloud transformation, data center services and IT infrastructure management. The expanded scope leverages CGI's deep retail experience and includes application management, and development and end-user services, leveraging new technologies such as artificial intelligence.

CGI's board of directors announced the appointment of Tim Hurlebaus as president and CEO and a member of the board of directors, effective immediately. For the past two years, Hurlebaus served as president and COO with responsibility for CGI's operations across the United States, United Kingdom and Australia which collectively represent nearly half of the company's annual revenue. Hurlebaus succeeds Francois Boulanger who will be retiring after nearly 40 years in the IT services industry, 30 years at CGI.
