Inspirit Capital announced its plans to acquire KLG Kaplan Languages Group, a global language education platform, from Kaplan. All conditions for the sale have been met, and completion is due to take place on May 1. Kaplan is a subsidiary of the Graham Holdings.

PPI will serve as the exclusive licensure prep partner for the Society of Women Engineers. The partnership is designed to support SWE members pursuing engineering licensure by expanding access to the Fundamentals of Engineering and Principles and Practice of Engineering preparation resources. Passing the FE and PE exams is a key milestone toward becoming a licensed Professional Engineer, a credential that can open doors to greater responsibility and career advancement. As part of the agreement, SWE members will have access to exclusive offers on PPI licensure preparation products and services, along with educational content developed in collaboration with SWE. In addition, PPI will provide complimentary courses for SWE-selected candidates, covering a six-month on-demand licensure prep course for either the FE or PE exam in any discipline.

South Carolina State University has partnered with global education company Kaplan to help its students achieve their academic goals and prepare for long-term career success. All SC State students and alumni now have free access to Kaplan's best-in-class preparation for graduate-level admissions exams, professional licensing exams, and credential exams, including the GRE, GMAT, LSAT, MCAT, securities exams, and more. Students also have access to a robust suite of professional and academic skills development courses from Kaplan, including data literacy, data analysis, and critical thinking.

Reports Q4 revenue $1.25B vs. $1.25B last year. The company said, "For the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue was $1,251.0 million, up slightly from $1,245.8 million in 2024. Revenues increased at education, healthcare and manufacturing, partially offset by declines at television broadcasting, automotive and other businesses. The Company reported operating income of $47.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to $72.5 million in 2024. Excluding goodwill and other long-lived asset impairment charges, operating results were down in the fourth quarter of 2025, due to declines at television broadcasting, manufacturing and automotive, partially offset by increases at healthcare, other businesses and education. The Company reported adjusted operating cash flow for the fourth quarter of 2025 of $97.6 million, compared to $139.6 million in 2024. Adjusted operating cash flow declined at television broadcasting, manufacturing, automotive and education, partially offset by increases at healthcare and other businesses. Capital expenditures totaled $25.7 million and $27.1 million for the fourth quarter of 2025 and 2024, respectively."
