Foremost Clean Energy announces the commencement of its planned 5,000-metre winter diamond drill program at the Company's Hatchet Lake Uranium Project, located in the eastern Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan. Drilling is currently underway at the Tuning Fork target area following up Company's 2025 uranium discovery in drill hole TF-25-16, which intersected 0.87% U3O8 over 0.45 metres within a broader 6.2-metre interval averaging 0.10% U3O8 at the Athabasca unconformity. As previously announced on February 9, 2026, the program is designed to test along-strike and down-dip continuity of mineralization, refine structural controls on uranium emplacement, and evaluate additional high-priority targets across Hatchet Lake South and Hatchet Lake North.

Foremost Clean Energy announced the signing of an Exploration Agreement dated February 24, 2026 during a ceremony held on February 24, in Flin Flon, Manitoba with the Kiciwapa Cree Nation supporting responsible mineral exploration within KCN's Traditional and Ancestral Territory in Manitoba. The Agreement establishes a formal framework for how the parties will work together in a manner grounded in transparency, ongoing communication, environmental responsibility, and meaningful community engagement. The Agreement outlines processes for advance notice of on-the-ground exploration activities, regular engagement, and information sharing. It includes measures intended to support environmental and cultural stewardship, such as opportunities for KCN to conduct environmental and cultural monitoring during certain exploration activities and engagement of Elders and community representatives where appropriate. The Agreement is also intended to support economic participation for KCN and its members through employment, training, and contract opportunities for KCN businesses. The Agreement includes financial commitments designed to support community engagement and economic development, including funding for consultation and engagement, certain community-led capacity initiatives, and annual contributions to the KCN Economic Development Fund.

Foremost Clean Energy reports results from its targeted historic core resampling program at its 100%-owned Jean Lake Gold-Lithium Property, located near the historic mining centre of Snow Lake in Manitoba. This program was completed following the Company's December 2025 diamond drill campaign and focused on resampling previously unsampled intervals from select 2023 drillholes along the Valkyrie and Midas Gold Trends.

Foremost Clean Energy reports the final assay results from its 2025 diamond drill program at its 100%-owned Jean Lake Gold-Lithium Property located near the historic mining centre of Snow Lake in Manitoba. The program consisted of 15 drill holes totaling 2,266 metres. Final assays returned high-grade near surface intercepts including 9.4 g/t Au over 2.2 metres from 48.0 metres in JL25-010 and 6.2 g/t Au over 2.6 metres from 52.5 metres in JL25-009. These latest drill results continue to define and expand the near-surface gold system along the Valkyrie Trend. Gold mineralization has now been intersected along approximately 600 metres of strike length on and adjacent to the Valkyrie Trend, significantly increasing the scale of the emerging gold system.
