"For the third quarter, Fidus' portfolio performed well, producing adjusted net investment income that continued to amply cover our base dividend for our shareholders. With net originations of $37.8 million, we further built our total portfolio, primarily providing some of our existing portfolio companies with growth capital," said Edward Ross, Chairman and CEO of Fidus Investment Corporation. "Subsequent to quarter end, we invested $40.2 million in two new portfolio companies.
