FactSet announced that its board of directors approved an increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend to $1.16 per share from $1.10 per share. The 6c per share increase marks the twenty-seventh consecutive year the company has increased dividends on a stock split-adjusted basis. The cash dividend will be paid on June 18, to holders of record of FactSet's common stock at the close of business on May 29.

FactSet (FDS) and J.P. Morgan (JPM) unveiled an expansion of their collaboration with the launch of the industry's first Whole Portfolio Distribution solution, available via FactSet and powered by Fusion by J.P. Morgan. The FactSet and J.P. Morgan collaboration already supports $62.5B in assets under analysis on the Fusion platform.

FactSet announced that Joshua Warren has been appointed CFO, effective April 13. He will succeed Helen Shan, who is transitioning from her position. Warren most recently served as CFO of Envestnet. The company said Shan's departure is not the result of any disagreement with the company regarding its accounting practices, financial statements or financial condition, or any of the company's related disclosures.
