EPWK announced its new project: the physical goods marketplace "EPWK Curated Goods," positioned as the "Source of New Pragmatism Lifestyle." It is set to officially launch in January 2026. Concurrently, EPWK Curated Goods is initiating, effective immediately, a supply chain recruitment plan targeting suppliers and talents worldwide. This marks EPWK's expansion from digital creative services into the realm of creative physical goods.

EPWK Holdings announced that the company received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Staff of The Nasdaq Stock Market on November 20, notifying the company that, since the company has not yet filed its Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended June 30, it no longer complies with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). As a result, the Staff has determined to delist the company's securities from The Nasdaq Stock Market. Since the company is already before Nasdaq Hearings Panel for its failure to comply with Listing Rule 5250(a)(1), the company will have seven days, or until November 28, to request an extended stay request of any further delisting actions, pending a Panel decision or any extension the Panel would grant.

EPWK Holdings announced that the company's board of directors approved on October 20 that the authorized, issued, and outstanding shares of the company be consolidated on a 40-for-1 ratio with the marketplace effective date of November 17. The objective of the share consolidation is to enable the company to regain compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5550(a)(2) and maintain its listing on Nasdaq.

EPWK Holdings announced that the company received a letter from Nasdaq, notifying the company that, as of October 23, the company's class A ordinary shares had a closing bid price of 10c or less for ten consecutive trading days, and accordingly, the company is subject to the provisions contemplated under Listing Rule 5810. As a result, the staff has determined to delist the company's securities from Nasdaq.
