Deswell Industries Appoints Karen Chan as CFO
Deswell Industries has announced the appointment of Karen Chan Chi Yin as CFO, effective February 2. Chan succeeds Herman Wong, who has resigned from the position to pursue other interests. Chan brings over 20 years of extensive financial experience, specializing in accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings for Hong Kong-listed companies.
