Dice is helping tech professionals put AI to work in their job search with the launch of its Model Context Protocol server, an LLM connector that enables AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude to interact directly with Dice's tech job database. The integration allows candidates to search using natural language, automate recurring searches, and surface more relevant opportunities without relying on repetitive keyword combinations or manual filtering. Now live, the product is seeing early adoption and positive feedback from tech professionals using AI assistants to simplify and streamline the job search process.

DHI Group announced that ClearanceJobs, its online community for security-cleared professionals in the defense and intelligence sectors, has reached 2M registered candidates. The company said, "The milestone reflects both the accelerating demand for cleared talent and the growing role of the platform, founded in 2002, at the center of the national security workforce. While it took more than a decade for ClearanceJobs to reach its first 500,000 registered candidates, the most recent 500,000 were added in just over three years. The accelerated pace underscores the expanding pipeline of cleared professionals entering the platform and the increasing urgency with which employers are seeking trusted, vetted talent."
