Donaldson Announces Cash Dividend Increase to 32 Cents per Share
Donaldson announced that its board of directors declared a regular cash dividend of 32c per share, an increase of 6.7% from the prior quarterly dividend of 30c per share. The dividend is payable June 30 to shareholders of record on June 15.
