CPI Aerostructures Secures $4 Million in Orders
CPI Aerostructures announced that it has received several funded orders totaling $4 million for overhaul and repair of the outboard stabilator assemblies in support of the Sikorsky MH-60 SEAHAWK helicopter. These funded orders were issued against a previously announced five-year, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract from Sikorsky. "Repair and overhaul services are a core capability at CPI Aero, leveraging our expertise in airframe structural assembly and integration, supply chain management, and manufacturing engineering. This program, along with others underway at CPI Aero, form the foundation for our growth in this strategic Repair & Overall business. To date, we have delivered over 1,200 stabilators back into service for the Seahawk Helicopter fleet to support our troops," stated Dorith Hakim, President and CEO of CPI Aero.

CPI Aerostructures Receives $6 Million Order
CPI Aerostructures announced that it has received funded orders totaling $6 million for Airborne Pods from Raytheon's Advanced Products & Solutions Strategic Business Unit. This program adds to the growing list of Airborne Pod Programs in CPI's Aerosystems Segment. The SOW includes the design and development of assembly tools and fixturing, procurement of complex monolithic machine parts and other detailed components, assembly and integration of the complete pod structure, and required testing. These funded orders were issued with a not-to-exceed ceiling of $12 million.

CPI Aerostructures Secures $4.2 Million New Orders from Embraer
CPI Aerostructures (CVU) announced that Embraer S.A. of Brazil (EMBJ) has placed several additional orders totaling $4.2 million against a previously announced Life of Program Agreement to manufacture engine inlet assemblies for the Embraer Phenom 300 business jets. These new orders will see deliveries continue through mid-2026 with continued funding anticipated in support of this life-of-program contract. "CPI Aero has been a supplier of Engine Inlets to Embraer since 2012. As of December 2025, we have delivered over 940 shipsets for the Phenom 300 business jet, demonstrating our strength in structural assembly and integration; supply chain and program management; manufacturing engineering, and quality assurance. CPI is proud of Embraer's continued trust to deliver high quality subassemblies in support of this industry leading aircraft and ready to increase capacity to support this strategic customer," stated Dorith Hakim, CPI Aero's CEO & President.

CPI Aerostructures Secures $9M Order from Lockheed Martin
CPI Aerostructures (CVU) announced that Lockheed Martin Aeronautics (LMT) has placed several additional orders totaling $9M against a previously announced Long Term Agreement to manufacture the Rudder Island Drag Chute Canister assemblies for the F-16 Block 70/72 fighter jets. These new orders will see deliveries continue through 2028. CPI Aero delivered its first RI/DCC assembly for the F-16 Block 70/72 in June 2021. CPI was awarded a second follow-on multi-year contract in 2023. This recent award adds funding for additional quantities under that Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity ontract.
