CPI Aerostructures (CVU) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Welding Metallurgy has reached an Agreement with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NOC) and has been awarded follow-on orders for welded structure assemblies for the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye aircraft. Under the terms of these new orders, WMI will manufacture more than 20 different complex welded assemblies in support of the production of E-2D aircraft with deliveries through 2028

Reports Q1 revenue $17.36M vs. $15.4M last year. "Our first-quarter 2026 results delivered broad-based strength, outperforming the first quarter of 2025 across every major metric," said Dorith Hakim, CEO of CVU. "A more favorable product mix and continued operational efficiencies drove a substantial expansion in gross profit margin and a $2.5 million increase in net income. We also reported adjusted EBITDA of $2.1 million, representing 53% growth over the prior-year period excluding the A-10 program impact."

Reports Q4 revenue $19.4M vs $21.8M last year. "2025 was a challenging year due to the impact of the A-10 Program termination. Nevertheless, we took decisive actions to adapt and transition to new programs in the second half of the year. In addition, we reported significant contract wins aligned with our Aerospace & Defense Programs strategy including new awards from Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, the U.S. Air Force and Sikorsky Aircraft, across multiple aerospace and defense programs," said Dorith Hakim, President and CEO.
