CEL-SCI announced that it intends to offer to sell shares of its common stock in a best-efforts public offering. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by the company. ThinkEquity is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering.

"We are particularly encouraged about the potential for Multikine to become commercially available in Saudi Arabia in 2025.
