Cousins Properties Signs Long-Term Lease of 116,000 Sq Ft with Oracle
Cousins Properties (CUZ) announced that it has executed a long-term lease for 116,000 square feet with Oracle (ORCL) at its Neuhoff mixed-use development in Nashville, TN. Oracle is expected to occupy the space in the second half of 2026. Oracle's offices at Neuhoff will overlook construction of its new headquarters campus along the opposite bank of the Cumberland River. The Oracle campus will be connected to Neuhoff by a pedestrian bridge.
