Truist analyst Michael Lewis raised the firm's price target on Camden Property to $123 from $118 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Earnings estimates have been consistently coming down across apartment REITs for quite some time, but U.S. job growth showed some improvement the last couple of months while the pace of new supply is easing, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
