ConnectM Technology Solutions has acquired Harry Kahn Associates, an 80-year-old defense contractor specializing in mission-critical technical data systems and lifecycle support for U.S. military platforms. The acquisition was completed through the issuance of 400,000 shares of ConnectM common stock. Founded in 1943, HKA provides logistics data systems, technical manuals, and training content used by the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Coast Guard, and major defense OEMs to design, field, and maintain military equipment deployed worldwide. These capabilities generate structured operational datasets that underpin the lifecycle management of complex military platforms. When combined with ConnectM's Keen Labs AI and technology platform, the Company believes these datasets can support advanced analytics, predictive maintenance, and digital lifecycle optimization across mission-critical infrastructure. The acquisition significantly expands ConnectM's presence in government and defense markets, positioning the Company to participate in long-duration programs supporting critical military infrastructure and next-generation equipment systems. HKA generated approximately $2M of revenue in 2025, and ConnectM believes the business is positioned for significant expansion beginning in 2026 and beyond as the Company leverages HKA's long-standing government relationships together with the AI, data and systems capabilities of its Keen Labs technology platform. Management believes this combination can expand HKA's addressable opportunities across both existing defense programs and new data-driven infrastructure initiatives.

ConnectM Technology Solutions announced that Greentech Renewables has placed an additional $1 million purchase order for Keen high-efficiency heat pumps and related smart controls developed by Keen Labs, ConnectM's AI and technology subsidiary. The order, placed through Greentech Renewables Danbury, increases the parties' cumulative commitments to approximately $3.6 million, inclusive of the $1.7 million initial purchase order announced on November 10, 2025 and the $865,000 follow-on order announced on January 27, 2026.

ConnectM Technology Solutions announced that Keen Labs has extended the Hi-E line of energy storage systems for long duration applications to 10kWhr and a stackable solution in addition to wall mounted solutions. Developed by Keen Labs, the Hi-E line leverages high energy density Lithium Iron Phosphate technology and addresses use cases in residential and light commercial buildings to provide grid back-up in general and targeted electrical appliances for load leveling and peak time of use. Additionally, the Hi-E systems use ConnectM's proprietary power electronics architecture and energy management platform to be a virtual power plant in geographies where a relationship exists with the local utility. Now sized in modules up to 10kWhr, the Hi-E line can be configured by mixing and matching modules to meet the exact energy requirements of any given application. In addition to the wall mounted solution designed to expand market accessibility.

ConnectM Technology announced that Cambridge Energy Resources Private Limited, a wholly owned India-focused distributed energy and solar project developer acquired by ConnectM's India subsidiary, has entered into a definitive agreement with Alpex Solar to execute and deliver distributed solar project development and deployment in India, including rooftop solar and solar irrigation pump projects under India's solar irrigation pump and rooftop solar government programs and related initiatives. The Agreement covers the execution of an initial identified pipeline of approximately 5,000 solar irrigation pumps representing an estimated $16.5 million commercial opportunity to be executed during the next 24 months
