CISO Global announced the filing of a no-action request with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission seeking regulatory clarity for a proposed investor-consent share loan program designed to give shareholders a direct voice in whether their shares may be made available for securities lending. The filing follows the company's review of short-volume data, publicly reported fails-to-deliver during late 2025, and shareholder-record discrepancies that the company believes warrant greater transparency and investor choice. The company notes that short sale volume data and fails-to-deliver data have important interpretive limitations as described by FINRA and the SEC, and their presence does not by itself establish abusive or unlawful activity. The company is not alleging in its no-action request that any specific intermediary or market participant engaged in unlawful conduct.

CISO Global announced the appointment of Dhaval Damania as Executive Vice President of Cybersecurity & IT. In this role, Damania will lead CISO Global's cybersecurity and IT operations, with accountability for advancing the Company's portfolio of AI-powered, proactive cybersecurity software solutions and strengthening enterprise-wide technology execution. He will oversee strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the Company's security posture, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering deeper cross-functional collaboration across the organization. Damania will also be responsible for aligning CISO Global's technology roadmap with business objectives, accelerating AI and automation initiatives, and supporting talent development programs that promote innovation and consistent service excellence across the Company's expanding client base. He joins CISO Global from CyraCom International, where he most recently served as AVP of Information Technology.

CISO Global announced the appointment of Michael Czerneda as Vice President of Sales. In this role, Czerneda will lead enterprise-wide sales initiatives as the Company accelerates its transition toward scalable, software-driven growth built on its established cyber services platform. Most recently, Czerneda served as National Director of Sales at Crexendo Business Solutions.

CISO Global announced a strategic partnership with TeleDental.com and DentalChat.com to offer Cyber Assurance Group's CyberSimple powered by CHECKLIGHT. Through this collaboration, CyberSimple powered by CHECKLIGHT will be made available via TeleDental.com and DentalChat.com, initially extending protection to more than 358 dental clinics nationwide, with significant expansion potential across the broader U.S. dental market.
