Capital Clean Energy Carriers announces that Martin Houston has been appointed Chairman of the company with Keith Forman moving to a new role as Vice-Chairman. Houston is currently the Chairman of Omega Oil and Gas Ltd. and a Non-Executive Director of Energean plc, BUPA Arabia SA, CC Energy and Singapore GasCo. He is also a Senior Advisor at Moelis and Company.

Reports Q4 revenue $98.3M, consensus $104.16M. Jerry Kalogiratos, Chief Executive Officer of CCEC, commented: "During the fourth quarter, we continued to execute on our strategy to build a leading gas transportation platform, delivering resilient earnings and strong cash generation from our modern LNG fleet. We expanded our long-term growth profile by ordering three latest-technology LNG carriers for delivery in 2028 and 2029, further reinforcing our position as the largest U.S.-listed LNG shipping company."
