Cardinal Health Appoints Patricia Hemingway Hall as Board Chair
Cardinal Health (CAH) announced that its board of directors has appointed Patricia Hemingway Hall to succeed Gregory Kenny as chair of the board following Kenny's retirement, effective immediately. Kenny has served on the board since 2007 and as chairman since 2018. Hemingway Hall has served on the Cardinal Health board since 2013, including as chair of the governance and sustainability committee for nearly seven years.
