BIT Mining (BTCM) announced that effective at the opening of trading on Monday, October 20, the company's American depositary shares will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the new name, Solai Limited and new ticker symbol (SLAI). In connection with the name change and ticker symbol change, no action is required from current shareholders and the company's CUSIP number will remain the same.

BIT Mining announced the purchase of an additional 17,221 Solana to add to the company's growing Solana treasury. This milestone brings our treasury to over 44,000 Solana. The treasury is valued at approximately $9.95M.

BIT Mining announced the launch of Dolai, a U.S. dollar-backed stablecoin designed to connect AI agents, merchants, consumers, and institutional finance on Solana's high-speed blockchain ecosystem, with planned expansion into broader multi-chain interoperability. Dolai is being launched in collaboration with Brale.

BIT Mining announced that it seeks to rebrand to Solai. The company recently launched a validator node on Solana and began staking the SOL it purchased as part of a broader $300M ecosystem strategy.
