ProCap Financial Repurchases 2 Million Shares
ProCap Financial announced it repurchased two million shares of its common stock at an approximate 50% discount to Net Asset Value, NAV. The Company funded the transaction by selling approximately 52 Bitcoin. "Since BRR was trading at roughly half of NAV, converting a small amount of Bitcoin into repurchased shares increased the amount of Bitcoin owned by all remaining shareholders," said Anthony Pompliano, Chairman and CEO of ProCap Financial.
