Boston Omaha unveils $30 million stock buyback initiative
Boston Omaha announced that its board of directors approved a share repurchase program under which the company can repurchase up to $30M of its Class A common stock through December 31, 2026 through open market purchases, privately-negotiated transactions, or otherwise in compliance with Rule 10b-18 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The share repurchase program will go into effect on or about November 18.
