Brookfield Wealth Solutions announced its year-end 2025 capital position with nearly $20B of group capital across its regulated insurance subsidiaries and holding companies. Brookfield Wealth Solutions' total capital has grown from $5.7B in 2022 to $19.8B at year-end 2025 driven by its successful acquisition strategy and retained earnings.

Brookfield Wealth Solutions declared a 17% increase in the company's quarterly return of capital to 7c per class A share and class B share, payable on March 31 to shareholders of record as at the close of business on March 17.

Reports Q4 revenue $3.05B vs. $5.75B last year. CEO Sachin Shah stated, "2025 was another strong year for our business. We actively invested in real asset strategies across Brookfield's areas of expertise, expanded our product offerings, reached new geographies, and significantly grew our earnings. With the closing of the Just Group plc acquisition expected in the first half of 2026, as well as other growth initiatives underway, we look forward to the continued success of our business this year and beyond."

Just Group (JTGPF) shareholders voted in favor of Brookfield Wealth Solutions' (BNT) acquisition of the company at the Court Meeting and General Meetings held on September 19, 2025. The acquisition of Just creates an opportunity for BWS to further its investment in the U.K. market and provide safe and secure retirement income solutions for U.K. pensioners. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026 and is subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approvals. Upon closing, Just will join the BWS group of insurers, growing the group's assets to approximately $180B.
