BKV Corporation Launches Underwritten Public Offering of 9.69M Shares
BKV Corporation announced that it has launched an underwritten public offering of 9.69M shares of its common stock, which includes 5.55M shares being offered by the company and 4.14M shares being offered by Bedrock Energy Partners. BKV intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including working capital, operating expenses and capital expenditures. The company will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the shares of common stock by the selling stockholder. RBC Capital Markets is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering.
