Bimergen Energy has awarded a construction contract to TruGrid, a leading energy storage and solar company that provides engineering, procurement, and construction as well as operations and maintenance services. The Texas-based projects total 40 MW / 80 megawatt hours. Bimergen acquired 8 late-stage 9.9 MW distributed generation battery energy storage projects strategically positioned in the ERCOT South region of Texas. TruGrid's scope of work includes all engineering activities, as well as civil, structural, and electrical construction. Bimergen is advancing a development pipeline of an additional 2 GWh in BESS projects, representing approximately $150M in revenue from project development. These projects underpin the company's strategic goal of achieving $300M-$400M in annual energy arbitrage revenue within the next three to four years.

Bimergen Energy acquired eight late-stage 9.9 MW distributed generation, or DG, battery energy storage projects from Aggreko's IPP Solutions business, in the ERCOT South region of Texas. The acquisition was financed through Bimergen's JV with RelyEZ. The projects will use RelyEZ's lithium-based utility-scale batteries. The portfolio represents approximately 79.2 MW of total nameplate capacity. Five projects are anticipated to achieve In Service Date in late 2026, with the remaining three expected in early 2027. Bimergen plans to award construction contracts for the projects in the near future.

Bimergen Energy (BESS) announced that its Redbird project, a 100 MW / 400 MWh battery energy storage system located in Texas, has been formally approved for participation under its Joint Development Agreement and that the company has selected Eos Energy Enterprises' (EOSE) Z3 zinc-based battery technology for the project. Participation under the Joint Development Agreement marks a significant advancement in Redbird's development and authorizes the project to move forward with structured, milestone-based capital deployment. The selection of Eos' American-made Z3 technology further positions the project for execution as it advances toward commercial operations in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas "ERCOT" market.
