Beam Global has received a material order for its bespoke and patented battery products from a drone company providing lifesaving aerial drone operations globally. The Company is not at liberty to divulge the specifics of the order in line with the drone operator's instructions, but the full order will be delivered in 2026.

Beam Global announced a "strong" start to 2026 with over $1M in smart cities infrastructure sales generated within a week in the Balkans. The sales include public lighting systems, telecommunication towers, and transportation-supporting solutions across Romania, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia. "Our European acquisitions continue to contribute new opportunities for growth and expansion both from a product and geography point of view," said Desmond Wheatley, CEO of Beam Global. "Strong weekly sales coming from smart cities infrastructure, an industry we are actively focusing on as part of our broader diversification strategy, show that our product developments are on target. This strong start to 2026 validates our decision to expand geographically and invest in bringing innovative products to established infrastructure markets with long-term demand."

Beam Global has been granted a new patent by the European Patent Office. The patent covers Beam Global's Phase Change Composite, PCC, material for Lithium-ion batteries and is titled Smart Phase Change Composite for Passive Thermal Management. The newly allowed European patent claims expand upon Beam Global's U.S. Patent No. 12,422,195 and extend the Company's intellectual property protection into Europe, directly supporting its geographic expansion and customer diversification strategy. As Beam Global continues to grow its international operations, particularly across Europe and the Middle East, securing strong patent protection in key markets remains a high priority.

Beam Global announced the sale of ten EV ARC off-grid electric vehicle, EV, charging systems at a new residential development in New York. "This sale reflects the strong customer diversification achieved during 2025, with growing adoption beyond the federal government, including increased demand from commercial customers," the company said.
