Roark Capital has picked banks to work on a U.S. initial public offering of Inspire Brands, the owner of fast-food chains Dunkin', Arby's and Jimmy John's, Bloomberg's Bailey Lipschultz reports, citing people familiar with the matter. The company selected JPMorgan (JPM) and Bank of America (BAC) for the listing, which could raise roughly $2B, the people said. An IPO could take place as soon as this year, Bloomberg News has reported. Inspire Brands is also working with Barclays (BCS), Goldman Sachs (GS), and Morgan Stanley (MS) on the offering, the sources added.

Barclays (BCS) US Consumer Bank and FIS (FIS) announced a multi-year extension of their core banking partnership agreement, supporting the bank's retail deposits growth ambitions and continued focus on modernizing its digital platforms and capabilities. As part of the agreement, Barclays will deploy the FIS Profile service, a cloud-ready core banking platform that manages money at rest while delivering multi-currency processing.

Simply book and pay for your companion's trip on your reservation, apply the pass, and receive a statement credit after you both travel. 25-Tile Bonus Cardmembers will receive a 25-tile bonus after the beginning of each calendar year, putting them halfway to Mosaic 1 and the premium perks that come with it. TrueBlue Travel Statement Credits: Cardmembers can earn up to $300 in annual statement credits when using the card for hotels, car rentals, cruises and more with TrueBlue Travel. 15% Redemption Rebate: Cardmembers will receive 15% redemption rebate of their TrueBlue points back on award flight redemptions, whether flying JetBlue or its partner airlines.
