Net interest margin increased to 3.03 percent for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to 2.88 percent for the third quarter of 2025, and 2.53 percent for the fourth quarter of 2024. "As previously noted in our Form 8-K filed on January 16, 2026, our fourth-quarter results reflect a $15.1 million pre-tax write-down on an isolated cannabis-related real estate owned (REO) property, as well as $16.3 million in additional net charge-offs, primarily within the Bank's C&I loan portfolio. Throughout 2025, management took decisive, proactive steps to address asset quality while simultaneously strengthening our capital position and liquidity profile. Net interest margin increased to 2.88 percent for the third quarter of 2025, compared to 2.80 percent for the second quarter of 2025, and 2.58 percent for the third quarter of 2024.
