Aevex announced the delivery of a $12.3M multi-mission DHC-6-300 Twin Otter aircraft to the Oregon Department of Forestry, expanding the agency's aerial wildfire detection, situational awareness, and all-hazard response capabilities ahead of the 2026 fire season.

The deal priced below last closing price of $27.66. Goldman Sachs, BofA and Jefferies are acting as joint book running managers for the offering.

Aevex Corp. announced the commencement of a public offering of its Class A common stock by AEVEX and certain selling stockholders. Aevex is offering 5.73M shares of Class A common stock and the selling stockholders are offering 2.27M shares of Class A common stock pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the SEC. Goldman Sachs & Co., BofA Securities and Jefferies are acting as joint lead bookrunning managers for the proposed offering.
