"The current quarter Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization, as adjusted, of $1,529,000, increased approximately $150,000 as compared to EBITDA, as adjusted, of $1,378,000 in the prior year comparable quarter and Net income attributable to Ark Restaurants Corp. for the current quarter was $896,000 or $0.25 per basic and diluted share compared to net income of $3,164,000 or $0.88 per basic and diluted share, in the prior year comparable quarter," said Michael Weinstein, CEO.
