Maxim resumed coverage of ARB IOT Group with a Buy rating and $20 price target. The company has shifted its focus on more attractive segments of AI data center servers and Smart IoT farming, having secured $131M in contracts since April, and the firm believes that the recurring contracts alone should make the company cash flow positive, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Maxim expects FY26 to be an inflection point for ARB IOT as it begins to recognize revenue from the AI Servers and Smart IoT Farming contracts, projecting this to lead to FY26 revenue of $121.0M, up from $21.5M in FY25, the firm added.
