Amesite entered into an Electronic Transactions Trading Partner Agreement with a homecare technology platform company, that processes tens of billions of dollars in homecare services annually. The Agreement establishes Amesite as a compliant trading partner, in accordance with HIPAA and applicable regulations. Under the Agreement, Amesite is authorized to securely connect NurseMagic to a leading electronic transaction infrastructure as a healthcare data submitter. This integration allows NurseMagic to streamline critical electronic visit verification by leveraging standardized formats mandated by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the 21st Century Cures Act, widely used by homecare providers nationwide. Furthermore, the Agreement enables NurseMagic to transmit and receive these transactions for providers, allowing organizations using the larger homecare technology platform to integrate NurseMagic's AI-powered workflows into their daily operations without changing the way that their EVV compliance function works.

Amesite announced the launch of the NurseMagic EMR, marking a significant expansion of the company's platform following a year of strong sequential revenue growth and enterprise traction. The AI-native, modular EMR extends NurseMagic from a point-of-care solution into core post-acute care infrastructure, supporting both coexistence with legacy systems and full system replacement. Amesite expects to begin onboarding EMR customers in January 2026.

Amesite announced 63% revenue growth for its NurseMagic platform following the launch of its census-based Enterprise subscription model on July 14. Enterprise sales have now surpassed B2C sales. Amesite also announced the launch of its AI-powered automated form fill for required government forms. The announcement comes as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services prepares to mandate the Hospice Outcomes and Patient Evaluation assessment this October - a regulatory overhaul expected to significantly increase documentation burden per patient and strain already thin hospice staffing cohort. Amesite's AI-powered HOPE automation solution, within NurseMagic Enterprise, is designed to enable organizations to auto-populate complex forms, cut administrative time, and assure full reimbursements. The post-acute care market is growing faster than the acute care market at a CAGR of 8%.

Amesite announced its flagship app, NurseMagic, generated 2.4x revenue from Q2/2025 to Q3/2025, even as the company continued to cut operating expenses. Sarah Berman, Principal Financial and Accounting Officer, said, "Our revenues are presently evenly distributed between B2B and B2C sales. Following the launch of NurseMagic in Q4/2024, revenues were stable from Q1/2025 to Q2/2025. However, in Q3/2025, we had a significant increase of 2.4x in revenue, following execution of targeted sales and marketing motions and rollouts of product enhancements. We also further reduced expenses while scaling sales this past quarter, retaining our strong focus on achieving further operational efficiencies and managing margins to drive to profitability."
