Axe Compute announced $25.9M in total contract value spanning two long-term agreements. Of that total, $12.9M has already been received in advance payments. The company said, "The deployments, both long-term in nature, span two distinct and high-value AI workloads at the frontier of enterprise AI adoption. One deployment, leveraging Blackwell GPUs, compute nodes, large-scale network connectivity and high-speed storage, supports an AI-centric cloud platform delivering resilient, cost-effective inference infrastructure at scale, enabling ML teams to train, fine-tune, and serve models across a broad range of generative AI applications and industries. The second deployment, leveraging the latest fully-integrated Grace Blackwell GB300 compute stack, powers a simulation infrastructure platform serving autonomy, gaming, and robotics companies, enabling large-scale generation of physics-validated 3D environments, digital twins, and synthetic scenarios that are computationally intensive by nature and demand GPU capacity at scale. Together, these use cases illustrate the range of next-generation AI workloads Axe Compute is purpose-built to serve."

Axe Compute files $1B mixed securities shelf

Axe Compute (AGPU) announced receipt of its first payment of $43M on the company's previously announced $260M contract to deliver a dedicated cluster of 2,304 Nvidia (NVDA) B300 GPUs and AI-focused storage for data processing and training, deployed in a U.S.-based Tier 3 data center. The large upfront installment, received ahead of monthly billing commencing at cluster go-live, is the first contracted cash milestone under the agreement and confirms the build process is underway and on track for Q3 deployment. The contract is the first in Axe Compute's cluster build program. Under the program, Axe Compute architects the system, secures the data center space and power, participates in the financing of the hardware against the Nvidia reference architecture, and operates the cluster against enterprise-grade SLAs - with Axe Compute's financed hardware carried on the balance sheet. At go-live, the contract is expected to generate approximately $21M in quarterly revenue and strong cash flows from day one of deployment.

Axe Compute (AGPU) announced the signing of a 36-month enterprise infrastructure contract with aggregate contract value of approximately $260M to deliver a dedicated cluster of 2,304 Nvidia (NVDA) B300 GPUs and AI-focused high-speed storage for massive data processing and training, deployed in a Tier 3 data center in the United States. The contract represents the largest enterprise engagement in Axe Compute's history. Under the 36-month agreement, which has options to renew for additional years, Axe Compute will deliver dedicated GPU compute and AI-focused high-speed storage infrastructure from a single U.S. Tier 3 data center facility. The cluster is purpose-built to support large-scale AI model training, fine-tuning, and high-throughput inference workloads, powered by current-generation Nvidia B300 GPUs.
