1. Market Cap ≥ $2,000,000,000

   • Purpose: Limit results to mid- and large-cap stocks.

2. Price Below 20-Day Moving Average (PriceBelowMA20)

   • Purpose: Capture short-term bearish momentum.
   • Rationale:
     • The 20-day moving average is a common short-term trend indicator.
     • When price is below the 20-day MA, it suggests recent price action is weak and the stock is in a short-term downtrend or under short-term selling pressure—consistent with being “bearish today.”

3. Price Below 200-Day Moving Average (PriceBelowMA200)

   • Purpose: Ensure the longer-term trend is also bearish.
   • Rationale:
     • The 200-day moving average is a widely watched long-term trend line.
     • Trading below the 200-day MA usually indicates a broader, established downtrend or at least a weak long-term setup.
     • Combining this with the 20-day MA condition finds stocks that are not just having a bad day, but are also structurally weak over the longer horizon.

4. Daily Price Change % ≤ -3% (price_change_pct max = -3)

   • Purpose: Focus on stocks that are clearly down on the day.
   • Rationale:
     • A move of -3% or worse in one session generally signals meaningful selling pressure, not just normal noise.
     • This aligns very directly with “bearish today,” as it ensures the stock is actually dropping significantly in the current session.

• The price change filter finds stocks that are experiencing significant downside today, not just flat or mildly down moves.
• The moving average filters (below 20-day and 200-day) ensure both short-term and long-term trends are bearish, not just a one-off dip in an otherwise strong uptrend.
