Screening Filters

1. congress_transactions: ['sale', 'purchase']
   • Purpose: Limit results to stocks that have at least one reported congressional trade (either a buy or a sell).
   • Rationale:
     • Your request is “show me stocks where congress has traded.”
     • Any reported congressional trade will be categorized as a purchase or a sale.
     • By including both 'sale' and 'purchase', the filter captures all stocks with any congressional trading activity, regardless of direction.

2. Sorting by market_cap (descending)
