Screening Filters

1. shares_outstanding ≤ 150,000,000

   • Purpose: To approximate “low float” by limiting the total number of shares a company has issued.

     • In an ideal world, we would filter directly on float (the number of shares actually available for public trading), but many screeners either don’t provide float data or have it in less-usable form.
