1. turnover_24h ≥ 50,000,000

   • Purpose: Focus on highly traded, liquid cryptocurrencies.
   • Rationale:

   • Purpose: Select cryptocurrencies that are neither extremely overbought nor oversold based on the RSI (Relative Strength Index).
