Blockchain Coinvestors Acquisition Corp. I announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares issued as part of the company's public units that were issued in connection with its initial public offering because the company will not complete an initial business combination within the time period required by its Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association. As of October 30, the company shall cease all operations except for those required to wind up its business. The liquidation of the Trust Account is expected to occur on or about November 13.

Blockchain Coinvestors Acquisition Corp. I announced that its business combination agreement with Linqto has been terminated. As previously announced, on April 9, 2024, Blockchain Coinvestors Acquisition Corp. I, a Cayman Islands exempted company, entered into a Business Combination Agreement, by and among BCSA, Linqto and BCSA Merger Sub I, Inc.
