Allianz Life tells TechCrunch hackers stole data of 'majority' of customers
Allianz Life has told TechCrunch that hackers stole the personal data of the "majority" of its customers, financial professionals, and workers during a mid-July cyberattack. "The threat actor was able to obtain personally identifiable data related to the majority of Allianz Life's customers, financial professionals, and select Allianz Life employees, using a social engineering technique," an Allianz Life spokesperson said.
