Partner Program Rules
1. Promotion
1.1. Our partners can use any sites/platforms for their posts including but not limited to their own and 3rd party sites, blogs and social networks.
1.2. We accept traffic from all countries. There are no restricted countries or regions to conduct marketing activity.
1.3. Retargeting or remarketing is not considered as paid user acquisition. An affiliate would not be rewarded for these users.
1.4. We are against any site/platform that replicates the design, functionality, name (including domain name) or services of Intellectia/Intellectia.AI. Such websites are likely to mislead users. If you wish to use Intellectia's design elements then you have the following options - you can use certain elements of our corporate style to design your creatives and promotional materials. You can also integrate our widgets to show your affiliation with Intellectia.
1.5. It is not allowed to include discounts or special offers in your message unless such discounts were specifically authorized by Intellectia's Official Website.
1.6. Monetary incentives are not allowed including, but not limited to, the following list: cashbacks, cashbacks/prompts in Intellectia Referrals (Refer & Earn), and/or additional discounts not authorized by Intellectia.
1.7. Spamming is strictly prohibited.
1.8. Purchasing an Intellectia subscription through one's own referral link is prohibited and goes against our affiliate program. This behaviour will not be rewarded and will result in no commissions.
1.9. It is forbidden to use two or more accounts.
1.10. Adding referral links in the widget's attribution as well as to any part of the widget's HTML code is not allowed, and such traffic won't be compensated for within the affiliate program. Our widget's source links should be organic and non-referral at all times.
2. Commissions
2.2. A 90-day VALID share link. As soon as your potential customers are redirected to Intellectia after clicking your specific single and unique share link they will have a record stored that links them to you. This link is stored for 90 days. If your referrals sign up within 90 days, they will be assigned to you.
2.3. An affiliate's commission is based on paid subscriptions purchased only via the web & mobile versions of Intellectia. Furthermore, market data, add-on purchases, and purchases with Intellectia rewards are not taken into account when calculating affiliate commissions.
2.4. The affiliate receives a commission for new users only. If a referral registered an account with Intellctia previously then the Affiliate Program would not identify this referral as a new user and therefore an affiliate would not be rewarded for this user.
2.5. Refunds and chargebacks are Not Allowed once payment is completed. If there is an order with payment failure, it will not be included affiliate's commission to accurately reflect that the referred user did not complete the subscription process.
2.6. Intellectia calculates commissions that affiliates have generated on a monthly basis. Own data is used to provide partners with accurate information.
2.7. Instant Enrollment and Verification of Withdrawals: Effective immediately, anyone can become an affiliate once they've completed an application! New affiliates have full access to their affiliate dashboard, links, and creatives on Community and Insights Arena. However, withdrawal of funds must be verified by our affiliate team to ensure the safety, security, and validation of your account. Affiliates will be expected to demonstrate where their traffic comes from (social media, website, links, etc.) and the resources used to drive traffic.
3. Payouts
3.1. Action Locking: Actions are locked 2 months after the end of the month in which they are tracked.
3.1.1. Action refers to a successful payment that has been completed.
3.2 Payout Scheduling: Commissions from locked actions are paid 1 month after the end of the month in which they were locked.
3.2.1. Please note that this payout reflects your commission amount and does not occur automatically; you will need to apply for withdrawal to receive your earnings.
3.3. Payouts are made through PayPal only. You need to have a PayPal account in order to receive your payment.
3.4. Failure to include your PayPal email will result in the rejection of payouts, meaning that your payment will not enter the processing flow. It is the affiliate's sole responsibility to ensure that the payment details are accurate. If an affiliate provides incorrect information, not only will the payout be rejected, but it may also lead to a loss of earned commissions. Please ensure that your PayPal email is correct to avoid any issues with receiving payments.
4. Responsibility
4.1. We reserve the right to refuse payment if we establish that you have violated the rules or used dishonest tactics to acquire subscribers. Your account will be permanently blocked and your payments will be refused.
4.2. Intellectia is not responsible for the activities an affiliate undertakes in order to generate traffic. The affiliate guarantees that his/her actions do not violate laws, legal acts and other rules and regulations, applicable to the affiliate.
4.3. Intellectia is not responsible for the payment of taxes an affiliate is subject to in the state of his tax residency. Payment of legally established taxes, fees and other obligatory payments shall be a duty and responsibility of an affiliate.
4.4. We keep the exclusive right to modify or update these Rules at any time and with or without prior notice. It is affiliate's responsibility to review these Rules from time to time to check for updates.
4.5. Intellectia is not responsible for any inconvenience which may be caused by the third parties.
5. Personal Data
5.1. By signing up you agree to the processing of personal data and receiving marketing communications and promotional offers from Intellectia's Partner Program.
