Woodside and Stonepeak Partnership: Woodside has signed a binding agreement with Stonepeak to sell a 40% interest in Louisiana LNG Infrastructure LLC, which will significantly reduce Woodside's capital expenditure and enhance the project's attractiveness to other investors.
Financial Contributions and Project Development: Stonepeak will contribute $5.7 billion towards the capital expenditure for the Louisiana LNG project, covering 75% of costs in 2025 and 2026, thereby strengthening Woodside’s cash flow and capacity for shareholder returns ahead of final investment decisions.
