Vicarious Surgical Inc. is a robotics company, developing technology to improve surgical procedures. The Company is combining advanced miniaturized robotics, computer science, sensing and three-dimensional (3D) visualization to build a single-port surgical robot, called the Vicarious Surgical System, that helps surgeons to perform minimally invasive surgery. The Vicarious Surgical System is capable of incision sizes of approximately 1.8 centimeters. The Vicarious Surgical System consists of a camera and instrument arms, surgeon console and patient cart.
