Signing Day Sports announced its continued focus on progressing toward completion of its previously announced business combination with BlockchAIn Digital Infrastructure, One Blockchain, and certain affiliates, a U.S.-based digital infrastructure platform purpose-built to support artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, and data-intensive workloads. "Upon completion of the transaction, the combined company is expected to operate as an AI-focused, power-advantaged digital infrastructure platform, anchored by operating data center assets, demonstrated operating cash flow, and a scalable infrastructure footprint located in business-friendly U.S. jurisdictions," the company said.
