The Board of Directors has appointed Megan Berge to succeed Saathoff as SVP and General Counsel, as well as Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective January 1, 2026. Saathoff will serve as Chief Legal Officer for the company and will retain responsibilities for regulation, business continuity and corporate security until her retirement next year.
