JADE101: Novel Anti-APRIL Monoclonal Antibody in Development for IgAN JADE101 is an investigational, fully human monoclonal antibody designed to selectively inhibit A Proliferation-Inducing Ligand, a key driver of pathogenic IgA production in patients with IgA nephropathy, a progressive autoimmune kidney disease that can lead to kidney failure.
