Aptera Motors' ELOC Announcement: Aptera Motors has announced that its registration statement on Form S-1 for an Equity Line of Credit (ELOC) has become effective, allowing the company to sell up to $75 million of its Class B common stock to New Circle Principal Investments LLC.
Purpose of the ELOC: The ELOC is intended to provide Aptera with flexible access to capital, which will help strengthen its balance sheet and support operational and strategic goals, including the validation and production readiness of its Launch Edition vehicles.
